Elevador de la Gordajuela, Rambla de Castro, Tenerife

One of my favorite hike in Tenerife. A beautiful coastal path, located in a protected area, that will take you through jungle, rocks, and banana plantations with a stunning view on the ocean. This abandoned building used to be an elevator which transported sea water to a mill in order to irrigate the surrounding banana plantations.
